Standard Shipping - Free on all U.S. orders over $100 (via USPS Ground Advantage)
Expedited Shipping - Need it faster? Expedited options are available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet - we currently ship within the U.S. only. But international shipping is definitely on our radar.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

In-stock items typically ship within 24-48 hours.

Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are hand-packed and shipped from San Diego, CA, and usually arrive within a few business days depending on your location and selected shipping method

My package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it - what should I do?

First, don’t worry - this sometimes happens. Here’s what to check:

Confirm the shipping address in your order confirmation.
Check for delivery notices from USPS or UPS.
Look around your home - porch, mailbox, side door, garage, etc.
Ask neighbors or household members.
Give it 1-2 more business days - some carriers scan “Delivered” before actual drop-off.
