We’re a small, independently owned brand, and while we currently do not offer refunds, we do offer exchanges - and we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with what you receive.

Personalized & Engraved Jewelry

These pieces are made just for you, so they’re final sale - we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Thanks for understanding.

Non-Personalized Jewelry

We gladly accept exchanges for the same style if returned within 7 days of delivery and if the following conditions are met:

Unworn, undamaged, unwashed
Free of stains, odors, scratches, and pet hair
In original condition and packaging (gift box, velvet pouch, any spare parts)

A $10 repacking fee may apply if packaging is missing.

SALE and CLEARANCE items are final sale.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

If you'd like them returned to you, we can do so at your expense.

Damaged or Incomplete Items

If your item arrives damaged or missing a component, we’ll make it right - exchanges are available for the same item only. To request a replacement:

Email us with your order number and a short subject line (e.g., "Damaged Item").
Include a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue.
Once approved, ship the item back within 7 business days of approval.

Unapproved or late returns may be returned to sender.

Holiday Returns

All returns follow our standard 7-day policy - we do not offer extended return windows for holiday orders.

Are returns free?

We currently do not cover return shipping. Since our packaging is compact, returning your order is usually affordable.

We recommend using tracked shipping via USPS or UPS for security.

Please do not send your return as a letter - these may get lost in transit.

How long does the return process take?

Returns are typically processed within 7–10 days of arriving at our studio. Once inspected and approved, your replacement will be on its way.
